All services are subject to eligibility criteria, resource availability, and the capacity of our volunteer team. We reserve the right to prioritise applications based on urgency and need.
Applications for our services are made by contacting Mahi Pai Foundation via our website or by phone. Upon receipt of an application:
We cannot guarantee that all applications will result in service delivery. We will advise you as soon as possible if we are unable to assist.
Materials provided through our redistribution programme are donated goods. While we take reasonable care to ensure donated materials are in appropriate condition:
Work carried out by Mahi Pai Foundation volunteers is undertaken by qualified or supervised individuals. We take reasonable care to ensure all work is completed to an acceptable standard.
We carry appropriate insurance for the work we undertake. Details of our insurance cover are available on request.
Donations made to Mahi Pai Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless an error has occurred in processing. Receipts are provided for all donations. Mahi Pai Foundation uses donations for the purposes described on our website and in our public communications.
In-kind donations of materials, goods, or services are accepted at the discretion of Mahi Pai Foundation. We reserve the right to decline donated goods that are not suitable for our programmes.
